There often comes a moment when the life you are living is too small for who you are seeking to become.

You have simply outgrown your circumstance, whether it’s your job, relationship, or simply who you have been up until now.

This moment is very powerful, but it can also be scary as it requires that you let go of who you have been and trust what is seeking to happen.

You must let go of the life you have in order to embrace the life you truly desire.

When your life falls apart, it’s easy to go into fear, contract and collapse. The tendency you might have is to lose faith, panic and hold onto to the life that you have created.

In doing so, you end up resisting what is seeking to happen and block the flow of life. Resisting only creates suffering, and you will often find your life stops flowing.

When your life falls apart, it’s easy to see it as a bad thing, but what if it was a blessing in disguise. Consider that the universe is clearing away whatever is no longer in alignment with your highest good and making space for your bigger blessings.

Life is just inviting you to grow, reinvent yourself and become more authentically you. Life falling apart is then a huge gift.

So when life as you know it falls apart:

  1. Let go – Rather than try and hold onto the status quo, use it as an opportunity to release the old and embrace the new.
  1. Trust – That even in the midst of your challenge, the universe is working on your behalf, and something better than before is being prepared for your life.
  1. Re-evaluate – Take this time to re-evaluate what’s working and what’s not working in your life. It’s an opportunity to get real, be honest and feel what is really important to you now.
  1. Focus on what you can control – Focus on taking the actions that are in your power rather than all the things that aren’t. You don’t get to control life’s circumstances, but you do get to control your response.

Life has an intelligence.

It has been around long before you and will be around long after you!

Trust life.

I was having the worst day and wanted to give up. I am so tired of hustling and trying to make me and my kids’ life. But I see I am outgrowing my old life. Good things are going to happen if I keep working myself. Thank you for this great video Kute.

Thank you for this message! I’m in this place right now and have been for a while that escalated this year to high gear. It’s very painful and challenging to surrender fully when I want to hold on. Your message resonants with me very strongly and I keep coming back relistening to it. I feel extremely emotional listening where tears are flowing yet also feeling empowered.

Michelle, you have within you the power to give yourself the freedom and happiness you deserve. Be willing to let go of what is no longer serving you. Much love!

Thank you Kute. I very recently lost the life I thought I would have and it’s so intensely painful I can hardly breathe some days. Trusting has been difficult thank you reminding me that life has better things for me on the other side. God bless you.
