If you knew the exact date and time of your death, how would that change the way that you live?

We are all born, and we will all die.

Yet when it happens, we seem surprised and ask WHY?

As human beings we all have one thing in common.

Time.

In 1 minute you have 60 seconds.

In 1 hour 3600 seconds.

In 1 day you have 86,400 seconds.

In 1 week 604,800 seconds.

In 1 month 2,419,200 seconds.

In 1 year 31,536,000 seconds.

What are you doing with the time that you have been given?

It’s not how long that you live, but how you live that counts.

Knowing this, why do we waste so much time settling and postponing our dreams?

The answer: Fear.

We are afraid to:

Fail.

Be alone.

Lose love.

The unknown.

The responsibility that comes from success.

Loss of control.

Getting hurt.

Looking silly.

Commitment.

Remember, there are no refunds in this thing called life.

So ask yourself:

  • What is most important to me?
  • What am I waiting for to give my gifts?
  • What do I really want more than anything else?
  • What must I do, give, create before I die to be complete?

So make death your friend, not in some morbid way, but as an urgent reminder to not waste any time procrastinating on your dreams.

How would you need to live to not have any regrets?

There is no better moment than… NOW.
